Privacy Policy

This privacy policy explains how personal data is processed on this website. It takes into account the following legal frameworks: the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK GDPR, the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (DSG), the California Consumer Privacy Act including the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), and the Data Protection Law of the United Arab Emirates (PDPL).

1. Controller

Brendit Media LLC, Meydan Grandstand, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. E-mail: info@brendit.com.

2. Principles

We do not sell personal data, we do not engage in profiling, and we do not make automated decisions that produce legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affect you.

3. Cookies

This website sets no tracking or advertising cookies. The only value stored is your language choice (German/English), so that you see the selected language version on your next visit. The legal basis for this storage is § 25(2) TDDDG in conjunction with Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Since this is the only storage access and it does not require consent, no cookie banner is necessary.

4. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by Lovable. When you access the website, the hosting provider automatically processes technical access data (IP address, date and time, page accessed, browser type). This data is required to deliver and secure the website; the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The hosting provider is engaged as a processor under Art. 28 GDPR. Where data is transferred to third countries, this only takes place on the basis of an adequacy decision of the European Commission or appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

5. E-mail contact

If you write to us by e-mail, we process your message in order to handle your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Your e-mail is deleted once it is no longer needed for this purpose.

6. External content

This website embeds no external fonts, scripts or analytics tools; all content is delivered by this website itself. We link to external services (e.g. LinkedIn, Instagram, press articles). When you follow a link, the privacy policy of the respective provider applies.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), objection (Art. 21) and the right to withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7(3)). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77).

Under CCPA/CPRA you may request access, deletion and correction and opt out of the sharing or “sale” of personal data; the related verification and retention obligations apply for a period of 24 months after the last communication. The UK GDPR, the Swiss DSG and the UAE PDPL grant comparable rights.

An e-mail to info@brendit.com is sufficient to exercise these rights.

8. Data security

Content is transmitted in encrypted form via HTTPS. This website operates no user database and no forms; no accounts are created and no content is submitted.

9. Minors

This website is not directed at children or young people under 16 years of age. Personal data of minors is not knowingly collected.

10. Changes to this privacy policy

This privacy policy may be adapted when the website or the legal situation changes. The version published on this page applies.
